• Fixed a bug where the Explorer build limit was not updated for 4.3 and did not allow the player to build any. The build limit is now what it was before - 4 at game start and up to 10 after Explorer Level 2 is researched.
  


• Fixed a bug where the Flagship build limit was not updated for 4.3 and did not allow the player to build it.
  


• Fixed a bug where the Titan build limit was not updated for 4.3 and did not allow the player to build the correct number.
  


• Fixed a bug where Juggernauts did not have their fleet capacity changed for the 4.3 update, they are now the vanilla 100 capacity. NSC still increases the build limit to 4.

• Added a new starbase module, the Fleet Dock, which is an advanced version of the Anchorage that increases fleet capacity by 100, with an extra 50 added to each with the Naval Logistics Office. We decided to do this rather than overwrite the vanilla Anchorage as we have done in the past in order to give players the option of keeping the intended vanilla balance or being able to build larger fleets. Please note that the AI will not build the Fleet Dock, in order to avoid undoing the entire intention of 4.3 to reduce the AI's out-of-control fleet construction - it is an option for players only. • Added a new component, the Assault Afterburner, which will increase the speed of the Strike Cruiser to a level similar to what it was before we lowered it for 4.3, for players who still want the insane suicidal charge that Strike Cruisers were famous for. This afterburner can only be installed on Strike Cruisers, and cannot be combined with the vanilla afterburners. (NSC Discord Community Request)
  

• IMPORTANT NOTE: If you started a game on 4.3 with NSC active, be aware that this update will increase the NSC fleet capacity and ship costs to balance with vanilla. This could cause a serious issue with your empire if you've built a lot of NSC ships while they had the lower fleet capacity and costs. We highly recommend starting a new game if you have been using NSC after 4.3 released. If you started a new 4.3 without NSC active, you can now activate it and it should integrate into your existing game without issues.
  
  


• We are still working on the planned major features for Season 2, however some of these are going to take longer to implement than we originally anticipated. We have decided to go ahead and release the 4.3 balance update along with a few other changes for now, so everyone isn't waiting weeks or months to use NSC with 4.3. Season 2 will be a separate major release when it is completed.
  


• Updated mod for 4.3 code changes.
  


• Updated all fleet capacity and construction costs for NSC ship classes to match the vanilla changes in 4.3.
  


• Added a new Special Slot component that is basically a ship-version of the Targeting Override component from the Citadels, allowing you to choose any ship class to become a more important target for enemy ships, which can help in defelcting fire away from more important or less defended targets. You can equip this component in as many of the special component slots that the ship has available. (NSC Discord Community Request)
  


• Added cloaking devices to Construction Ships and all types of Colony ships. (NSC Discord Community Request)
  


• Now that they don't have to get close to enemy fleets to use their aura, reduced the speed of Strike Cruisers from 190 to 130 so that they'll stop charging right past the tanking ships and straight into their destruction.
  


• Increased the range of the Spitfire Battleship special weapons from 40 to 100, allowing you to use Battleships as long range snipers against small craft, hopefully making Battleships remain useful later in the game. (NSC Discord Community Request)
  


• Reactivated the Fleet Mothball feature of the mod after fixing various code issues. (NSC Discord Community Request)
  


• Changed the vanilla Orbital Bombardment policy so that any empire type can choose any Bombardment policy, including the lethal options. (NSC Discord Community Request)
  


• Removed the NSC Reactor techs from the Bio Empire research options, since they did nothing for those empire types. (NSC Discord Community Request)
  


• Fixed several spelling and localisation errors reported by the NSC Discord community.
