Rare features with interesting bonuses shouldn't vanish just because you paved over the planet.
A lightweight utility that stops terraforming and Arcology conversion from deleting rare deposits and planetary features - vanilla and modded.
-Works with most mods automatically, no patches needed
-Set and forget

---

Rare deposits and features now survive:

• 🌍 Terraforming into Machine Worlds

• 🐛 Terraforming into Hive Worlds

• 🦠 Terraforming into Nanite Worlds

• 🏙️ Ecumenopolis conversion — including Relic World restoration

---

• Deposits are flagged so planetary transformations don't wipe them

• Anything in the rare deposit category is preserved automatically

• Each world type has its own curated blocklist, so only features that actually make sense carry over - a crystal glacier won't survive on an Ecumenopolis, and a Tree of Life won't grow on a Machine World

• Unfitting deposits are removed on conversion even if another mod flagged them

(Goodbye, harvester fields.)
Note: some Earth-style city deposits are intentionally kept for flavour. These may be refined in future updates.

---

Built for maximum compatibility, no compatibility patches required.

• Any mod whose deposits use the standard rare category (deposit_cat_rare) is covered automatically - that's nearly all of them

• Verified working with Guilli's Planet Modifiers and Planetary Mega Engineering

• Rare edge cases may slip through (e.g. a food deposit surviving on an Ecumenopolis) - report them and I'll sort them

I can't audit every mod by hand - if something should (or shouldn't) survive a conversion, tell me and I'll consider it.
