It does require the main mod to run.

This is a submod for UI Overhaul Dynamic that increases the ascension slots from 8 to a maximum 100, depending on user selection. The vanilla UI can only display about 18, so I don't advise using it without my UI mod.
In total there are 35 ascension perks in the game without mods, so 6 of the slots will at minimum be empty if you're not using mods that adds new perks.


At game startup, you'll be prompted with an event asking if you want to activate the included repeatable technology, and how many slots it should include. (The number includes the vanilla ascension slot tech).
Right now you can pick between: 4, 8, 12, 24, 36, 52, 84 and 92. (Add the tradition category amount to get the total ascension slot amount).
The same applies to singleplayer savegames.


If the amount of unlockable ascension slots (From the amount of tradition categories and repeatable tech) doesn't match 100, then those slots will be locked indefinitely, even though they're visible in the UI.


The tech IDs are: "ui_tech_ascension_theory_repeatable_X" (replace X with the amount), and the event ID is "ui_overhaul_qhd_ascension.01".
Since the mod now works for singleplayer savegames, then I really don't recommend manually activating the technology through the console, as you'll mess up your game. Same goes for running the event multiple times.
Still, if the event somehow doesn't pop up, put this in the console.
