The Imperium of Urara, an ex-supremacy used to stand out in Galaxy, has ceased all its activities and retreated to the core sector, since the civil war that lasted for hundreds of years. As the arising of newcomers in the Galaxy, a new history is being told. How would the destiny of the powerful Olds be changed by the new Youngs, who arise after the Great Civil War......

Features:
1. New species: Urara and Urara (Mech), with special origins and traits.
2. Reworked all five Fallen Empires: brand new system, fleet, technology and species, replacing them with CUTE ANIME GIRL.
3. Added special War of Heaven: all 4 Fallen Empires will awake together, fighting in the Galaxy for supreme honor.
There will be no peace, no compromise, only battles, until there is only last one standing!
4. New event chain for mechanical Gestalt: patch of Spirit Ascension. This event chain will be available in mid-game, allowing a mechanical Gestalt empire to act like a organic empire and have changeable national ethics.
5. New civic for mechanical Gestalt: Distributed Processor, allowing to re-assign a new Ruler among leaders and release planets as an independent empire.
6. Another new civic for mechanical Gestalt: Mechanical Genesis, allowing a mechanical Gestalt empire to create primitive civilization, receive special bonus when observing them and choose a side, a Guide or a Observer.
7. Allowing 4 or 5 Fallen Empires in a smaller galaxy (still possible to be cracked due to too short distance), and several tiny events related to Fallen Empires.
8. New origin for normal empire: Foreign Knights. Choose this origin to play as a group of knights, coming back from another galaxy and serving the Imperium of Urara. Because they have lost ship-constructing technology, these knights can not expand their colony, recruit infantry or construct new ships. However, it's possible to found sub-Knights through special feudal policy. Dom-Knights can be enhanced by special estates held by sub-Knights, be supported by sub-Knights as vanguards, and even recruit fleets from sub-Knights! Besides, they have maintained their honored tradition, allowing them to be enhanced through hard battles, become a high rank knight and get powerful modifiers, or raise their flags, calling for help from another galaxy, a loyal fleet from the Fallen Empire......
9. New civic for normal empire: Blood Rage Legion (Alpha Test), allowing to access a special feature called Blood Rage Marching. You are able to get Blood Rage Point through several acts of war, including successful space and planetary combat, defeating hostile empire..., once this civic is taken. Blood Rage Points can be consumed for Blood Rage Campaign, which applies several significant buffs to your empire. Besides, a random planet will be specified as Blood Rage Terminal, and successfully capturing that planet will give enormous number of Blood Rage Points as reward, with another Terminal. However, it's dangerous to remain both too low and too high Points, which will cause unexpected consequences, including political chaos and uncontrolled enthusiasm. By the way, doing nothing would also cause rapidly descending of Points.

Current Priority:
There is a serious problem when I am working on this mod, that I add t---o---o many improper restrictions and debuffs to increase difficulty. There are quite a lot features based on this idea, and I need time to remove or modify them. Therefore, this mod is no longer public and under re-work now, with no more future updates until fully fixed. If you are highly interested in this mod, you can still play with this Early Access version, and pay your attention to my texts here to keep pace with my progress.

Dev Plan:
1. New origins and civics of normal empire, allowing to play as the forgottens of a Fallen Empire, with relevant features.
2. Special mechanical mid-game crisis.
3. A new origin that allows to play as the Emperor of Revival of the Imperium of Urara, choosing either reign or fight against the fallen part of the Imperium.
4. Special features for Fallen Empires in War of Heaven, making the War a total game in every aspects.
