巨大構造物の建造を通して使用可能となる巨大軍艦、機動要塞遠征艦と機動要塞航空母艦を追加するMODです。
それぞれは、「タイタン」「シタデルの建設」「ゼロポイント発電」「メガエンジニアリング」を研究することで出現する技術「M.A.R.I.A.R.I」、
「M.A.R.I.A.R.I」「ジャガーノート」を研究することで出現する技術「P.A.C.H.U.A.R.I」を研究することで建造が開始できます。

機動要塞遠征艦は12の造船所容量と星系内の味方艦隊への維持費軽減補正を持っており、巨大構造物の状態では資源産出と宇宙軍許容量を増加させます。また、戦略ミサイルの弾頭換装能力を持ちます。
機動要塞航空母艦は2年間のハイパーレーン時限遮断能力を持っており、さらに艦船を変形させることで、艦隊戦時に敵艦隊の移動能力に大きなマイナス補正を付与させることができます。
また、戦闘時に1回だけ使用可能な超高威力の近接攻撃を持ちます。

AIは宇宙軍許容量が1200以上ある場合、機動要塞遠征艦を建造する可能性があります。
AIは機動要塞航空母艦を建造しません。
