Background Story of the mod:
This mod adds some new ancient empires from the Genesis Age: The first thousand of years since the birth of the universe. These empires have been ruined by the Dimensional Chaos. After&over 10 billions years, the survivors of the ancient empires are back, planing to prepare a new journey. You can play as these ancient species to restore their order and glory, or play a regular empire to face them in this age.
The new empires have some of new unique technologies, buildings, traits and military forces. And each new empire is different.
(The current version has two new empires. This mod is from the time of the game version 1.4, the other empires are still at an old form. They may come back in the future)

Improve the behaviors for AI Nirvanars.
Change some modifiers of the ascension for High Council.
Improve the AI Nirvanars spawning events.
Now you can Re-research the AI Nirvanar's ascension weapons and utilities techs when you defeat their fleet when they have ascenced.

This mod is compatible with Eternal&Endless mod and Warship Girls R And MIST Species mod.
(Cutie Magic Star Group or Abyssal Fleet will be fun)
The default start systems for the new empires are not compatible with Mod 1st Liberation Manual:The Empire in fallen. Switch start system to "Lost Heaven"(Dragon Empire) or "Lost Gate"(High Council) may fix it.

This mod may not be compatible with:
1. The mod that changed Fallen Empire buildings.
2. The mod that changed the start buildings, home planet modifiers and deposits just FOR PLAYER. (If some new civics changed them, you can still pick it but the new civic may not take fully effects)
3. The mod that changed the factory buildings for consumer goods (manufacturing_buildings). (This one takes only a few effects. So you can still use the mods that changed it if you really want them)
4. The mod that changed the max level capital building (System Capital). (This one only allows you to upgrade your buildings in capital planet. So you can still use the mods that changed this if you really want them)
5. The mod that changed the default empires type in country_type, you may have to report it and I will try to make a compatible fixing. (It will affect the AI nirvana empires, if you use the nirvana empire just for yourself, you can leave this alone)

You can change the most stuff of the new empires in the empire editor. But:
1. For Dragon Empire: If you change the authoritarian ethic, it may affect your experience. But it depends on you.
2. For High Council: If you change the authoritarian ethic, it may affect your experience. But it depends on you.
3. For Federation of Gaya: Upcoming
4. Don't try to start the game with nirvana empires without their new default Civic (Nirvana Empire Civic), but you can change another.
