Paradox has just released 3.3.1 "Libra" update. I suspect, that all of you expect an appropriate and soon update of the mod as well. So, I'd like to point out a couple of things, regarding this:

1. I am currently on a long vacation, out of my country, and I have very limited opportunities for gaming and modding in general. I'll be back by the beginning of April, so please, do not expect anything until then.

2. This update is pretty huge, and it will take the hell of a time to properly adapt everything, so, I'll be strongly relying on community support. Currently I'm considering raising funds for this through Patreon, but I need to estimate the scope of works first.

Please, note, that on August the 1st of 2021, there was a major update, the resut of which was the complete eradication of "Elitist/Pluralist" ethical scale. These Ethics had been recognized as redundant and excluded from the mod.

IN CASE YOU DISCOVER A "BUG", YOU WISH TO REPORT, PLEASE, MAKE SURE THAT MY MOD IS SOURCE OF THAT BUG. IN ORDER TO DO IT, YOU HAVE TO DISABLE ALL OTHER MODS YOU USE, BESIDES MINE, AND CHECK IF THE BUG STILL OCCURES.

I am asking, because 99,9% of the reported "bugs" appear to be simple mods compatibility issues. Thanks for understanding.

- 2 new Ethical scales:

COOPERATIVE / COMPETITIVE - to reflect economic values of your society, reflecting the ownership of property and how wealth and means of production are distributed;

ECOCENTRIST / INDUSTRIALIST - to reflect Species relation towards their biosphere;

Basically, vanilla Authoritarian - Egalitarian paradigm was transformed into 2 independent scales: Authoritarian - Libertarian and Competitive - Cooperative, where Authoritarian - Libertarian only reflects political values, and how political power is distributed between State and Citizens

Number of available Ethic points was increased to 5

around 50+ new Civics, along with some rebuild/modified vanilla Civics

New civics are of different types: Green (regular) an Yellow (so-called "themed governments"). Some of the vanilla Civics has been modified or disabled, in order to maintain the consistency of the Civic's set as a whole.

- a new Authority type: [b]DIRECT DEMOCRACY

- 30+ new Government forms

- a range of new Policies: ECONOMIC STANCE, AUTHORITY STANCE, EDUCTAION, HEALTHCARE, TRANSPORTATION, TELECOMMUNICATION, and a few new Trade policies

- 20 of new Jobs

Leaders start from level 0. Maximum Leader level is increased to 20
