Just increases the buildings slots to 60 and branch office slots to 12, and that's pretty much it.
If you want to change the buildings slot amount:

• Goto: Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\1870741383\common\defines\
  
• Open: bs_defines.txt
  
• Change: MAX_PLANET_BUILDING_SLOTS
