This mod disables pirates in general. I have updated old mod mod_detail.php?publishedfileid=1586735803
All credits goes to szszss.
This mod changes the time needed for maximum piracy growth from 10 years to 5000 years (holyshi---), and limits the value of maximum piracy from 25% of trade value to 0.1%. Because trade routes have 2 points of base trade protection, in most time your most trade routes will not be effected by piracy. Any accumulated piracy can be suppressed in a day by passing fleets.
