An aura component "instantaneous material transfer machine" that can be mounted on the Titan / Juggernaut / NSC2 Titan / NSC2 Flagship will be added.
By studying the technology "jump drive", the component becomes available.

If there is a fleet with a momentary mass transfer machine in the fleet, and there is an avant-garde fleet in the system consisting only of corvettes, frigates, and destroyers, the avant-garde fleet will be transferred to the enemy fleet at close range at the start of the battle. ..
In addition, if there is a ship equipped with any of the "basic attack aircraft", "improved attack aircraft", and "advanced attack aircraft", the ship "transfer military aircraft" will appear in the vicinity of the enemy fleet as many as the number of the ships. , Attack the enemy fleet for 20 days.

You can set the availability of the instantaneous material transfer machine from the proclamation.
AI does not use this component.
