GLE let every governor owns visions!
For Stellaris version 3.6.------
------
This mod is rather small compared to my other mods (RLS, ALS, SLE), as the governor can't do anything without planet modifiers.

Compatibility

Not Achievement compatible.
------
What does it do?
- Every Governor has a new skill system - Governor Direction and Abilities.
- Governor Direction represents your Governor's prefer - Providing jobs and boost the related job efficiency. When Governor reaches skill level 4, 7, and 10, their Direction levels up - further increase the efficiency of it.
- Governor Abilities are locked first, but once Governor develops their skill levels, they generally unlock them. The unlocked traits are somehow related to the empire's civic and Governor's species and leader traits.
- If you own Distant Stars DLC, you can tell one particular character to do specific things, and they have their Addition vision & Additional Protocol. It would help if you told them what jobs need to be done on their contact page.
