V0.4
Adds some ship sections.
Locks more sections behind 2 techs you get with Unyielding and Supremacy.
The techs are located in the social tree (because engineering has so much).
New: Unyielding or Supremacy ships are available when you finish a tradition tree and have researched battleships or citadels.
Both types have +50% section alloys cost .
"Unyielding" Ships get a buff to Hull and have more defensive slots.
"Supremacy" Ships get a buff to Range and Rate and have more gunslots.
Localisation/section names for German, Spanish and Polish (French still has the English version) (section names might not make sense).
Works with the current version (3.11.)
Should also work with older versions.
No vanilla files overwritten
Feel free to comment, especially if you think something is too weak, OP or dosen't work.
