A Patch to V_TRAITS that turns off randomization for traits that use triggered modifiers and makes the AI unable to pick those traits in species modification.
Only the AI Empires are affected and the Player is not affected by these changes and can pick those traits at start and species modification.
Custom empires can still be spawned with these traits if they are set to spawn by the player, but they won't be able to add other performance affecting traits through species modification.
As it is a very simple mod, it should always work, no matter what game version it is.
Put below V_TRAITS
