If you wish to emulate the 7 Ethic Point Patch, please set Ethos Max and Min to 15 and ethic_gestalt_consciousness cost to 6. Irony would be useful for this.
The order of Bug Branch and Pantheon only determine the appearance of a single building icon which share the same name.
