The Zenith of Fallen Empires: Defines is created in response to several reports that using certain powerful ships from The Zenith of Fallen Empires: Origins can result in fleet power overflow, which then causes funky calculations that affects both diplomatic weight and general aesthetics. This submod fixes that issue. It shouldn't affect vanilla too much, and if you're not using any mods that give powerful ships, you don't really need this.

This is therefore going to be a submod that doesn't technically require The Zenith of Fallen Empires 3.0 to run, but highly recommended for those who use the Origins submod or other mods that give powerful ships.
