Fixes:
- Adds the correct text to the General traits.
- Fixes the icons for some of the Admiral and General traits
- Fixes 2 General traits not working correctly
- Fixes the talented governor traits not having the correct modifier for metallurgists and artisan jobs.
- Fixes the traits to have the correct things for lithoids.
- Fixes the internal name of "trait_veneralbe" to "trait_venerable" (Purely for my own sanity, no in game change for this)
