《群星：太虚流浪》是一个力图进行模拟一种无需行星的舰队文明的MOD。此MOD可以让您深度体验一个生产与生活都仅仅依靠一支拥有完整工业体系和生态循环的舰队文明，并向传统的星球文明发出挑战并征服与统治全银河；亦或者与其和平共处，共同创建一个繁荣与和谐泛的银河社会。


基本介绍：
-本mod从“太虚流浪”这个公民性开始，几乎一切的内容都需要开局选择这个公民性，由于其占用了1点公民性点数，故之后会根据所选的思潮或政体，分别可以获得相应的修正
-新增加45+个国策：战士文化,护航编队,无重力工业化,模块化组装,轨道科研,武装传教士,生产联统,隐秘监工,贸易站点,残酷竞争,私营联盟,高效联络,星河漫游,狂热殉道者等
-新增加十数个起源：巨舰永存，热闹之地，彼岸双生，中庸之道，避难之途等
-新增加数个飞升：资源合成，深空之主，武力屏障，超量攫取，深空巨舰等
-新增加30+特质：矿务为主，能源为本，指挥天赋，不善研究，天生斥候，战斗本能，超凡增殖，硬件老化等

-新增加若干个国家政策和法令与星球法令

-新增了一个新的经济系统。在本mod里面最主要的资源生产方式便是依靠家园舰安装各种规模和种类的生产设备模块，用于进行各种资源的生产。由于舰队系统无法关联到人口（pops）系统，故新创建了一项资源：人力(manpower)，作为模拟星球上的pop系统，建造家园舰需要消耗这项资源。除此之外，各种资源转化基本上遵循星球上的资源转化规律。
-为了适应家园舰的经济系统，本mod刻意屏蔽了很多建筑或者只能对星球生效的科技，并加入了家园舰经济系统所特有的修正和生产部件科技。
-此mod完全不需要依靠星球和人口(pops)便可以生存，就算失去了全部的殖民地，也依旧可以东山再起，与之相对的，舰队特别是家园舰舰队则需要重点保护。

The Empty Vagrant is a mod that tries to simulate a fleet civilization without planets. This mod can let you deeply experience a fleet civilization with complete industrial system and ecological cycle, challenge the traditional planetary civilization, conquer and dominate the whole galaxy, or peacefully coexist with it to create a prosperous and harmonious galactic society.

Introduction of System:
-This mod starts with the civic of "Void Nomad". Almost everything needs to be selected to start with this civic. Since it takes up 1 civic point, it will be available according to the selected trend of ethics or authorities.

-New additions: Warror Culture, Mobile Fleet, Trade Tradition, Orbital Research Institution, Armed missionaries, Exploration Instinct, Production Union,Philosophical Thinking, Private Enterprise, Singing Hymns, Galaxy Voyager, Star Column, Feudal system, etc. 45+ civics

-More than ten new origins are added: the permanent existence of the Lonely journey, Lively place, Asylum, We are twins, A Middle Course, etc.

-A new economic system has been added. The main resource production method in this mod is to rely on the home ship to install production equipment modules of various sizes and types for the production of various resources. Since the fleet system cannot be connected to the population (pops) system, a new resource has been created: manpower. As a pop system on the simulated planet, the construction of home ships needs to consume this resource.

-In addition, the transformation of various resources basically follows the law of transformation of resources on the planet.

-Similarly, in order to adapt to the economic system of the home ship, this mod deliberately shields many buildings or technologies that can only be effective on the planet, and adds the unique correction and production component technology of the home ship economic system.
