-Forge section: provides both kinds of industrial districts for with 50 jobs each
-Urban: provides extra research and bureaucrat districts
-The True ring megastructure: unlocked through the circle of life origin, you'll start by building a dyson sphere then the base ringworld, from there you can change the section types in the megastructure menu.
